This fantastic mountain vacation getaway will blow your mind! This beautiful, custom 3 bedroom, 2 bath cedar home. Built in 1994 on 10 private acres with a seasonal stream outside of master bedroom (200 feet from house). Two of the bedrooms have a full bed and bunk bed). Master has a queen bed. There are 3  sofas, the springs for the sleeper part are worn out and so we do not include them in the sleeping arangements.

House includes a Jacuzzi bathtub, an outside Hot Tub, Wood stove with firewood, huge kitchen complete with gas range and oven, convection microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher, washer and dryer. A TV/VCR with movies, and a 2nd TV/Nintendo. Also a stereo cassette w/tapes.

Outside enjoy meals cooked on the Kettle BBQ, and eat at the 3 picnic tables. Enjoy the magnificent mountain view from master bedroom, dining room, living room, and rec-room. There is a security gate at the driveway. It is less than 1/2 mile from the Crystal Springs Campground, Exit 62 off I 90, 9 mi East of Snoqualmie Pass. The property is 500 ft from the John Wayne Trail, (a major bicycle/ski trail that follows the lake shore), and the Iron Horse State Park. It borders the national forest.

In the winter enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, sledding or riding tubes right out the front door in up to 60 inches of snow, 120 inches at the top of the mountain. The rest of the year enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, or mountain biking. You can  play horse-shoes, volleyball, ping-pong and enjoy good ole fashioned BBQ’s. Sit by the campfire at night, and watch the stars. Lots of wild berries in the woods. Great for family reunions! Company picnics! Church outings etc.. We have 10 acres of private land with campsites for motor homes, campers or tents. There are 5 lakes for fishing or boatin.  Hot Tub after a long day of riding and playing. Ask about skiing, horse rentals or golf, all nearby. Did we say we rent snowmobiles too!!

This is an unforgettable family getaway, don't miss out, its only 1 hr from Seattle. Bring sleeping bags if you wish to avoid washing sheets.

Mid week specials----5 nights $650.00, 4 nights $550.00, 3 nights $450.00 (Sun-Thurs).
 
Full week- 7 nights $975.00 (save $125.00) Holidays Excluded
 

Prices are for 2 night minimum, if you only want 1 night add $25.00, not available on weekends, unless not booked 10 day prior.
 

 Pool is out of commission, due to snow overload causing breakage.  Good swimming areas are available at Lake Easton State Park ( 9 miles), Lake Kachess State Park (same exit, other direction), Lost Lake ( 3 miles) Lake Kacheless (1 mile)

Upgrade to Summit 670, for $35.00 per day, per snowmobile.

Upgrade to Summit 800, for $80.00 per day, per snowmobile.

Upgrade to Summit 700, for $60.00 per day, per snowmobile. 
 

Rental Without snowmobiles:  Available 6 days prior to rental dates only if we have not booked the dates with snowmobiles.

Refundable $300.00 House Cleaning/Damage deposit is required.
 House must be clean when you leave, please haul your garbage out.

Rules:

No guns to be shot on our property.  Our driveway is shared by other neighbors, Do not block it. No trespassing on neighbors property, road going up the hill from the driveway, is private, do not go up it, property on the right side of the driveway, by the white garage is also private, do not cross it.  No loud noises after 10pm, no fireworks. No fires during burn bans. Otherwise they must be in the fire pit. Respect the surrounding neighbors as you would your own.   No  ORV's that are not street legal, the dirt  roads, are legal streets.
